Michael Charlton, Chairman, has been living in Monaco for more than 40 years and reached prominence as owner of numerous winning race horses, landing him in well connected international circles of wealth. Until 2005 he was also a Director (together with George Soros a.o.) of 100-year-old Singer & Friedlander, one of the UK's last remaining independent merchant banks.

Peter Panholzer, CEO, initially with ContiCanada, a subsidiary of Continental GrainCompany, introduced currencies as an investible asset class in 1979. In 1990 he started DynexCorp with offices in Geneva and Monaco, and began a string of advisory relationships with pension funds and private Swiss banks. Since 2005 DynexCorp is accepted as Swap counterparty by Deutsche Bank.

Marlene Harrison, COO, formerly at Bache Toronto and E.F.Hutton, London, UK. She was previously a publishing partner in Currency Bulletin, a weekly currency advisory service provided by John Percival, former Lex Columnist at the FT and, between 1985 and 1995, a highly successful currency manager at Chescor, London, UK, at that time managing in excess of $500 million.

Jeffrey Boyko, Currency Hedging is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Financial Analyst with membership in the CFA Institute. He is also an affiliate member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Jeff is President of Castle Currency Management, a company with focus on hedging currency risk. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Jennifer and his two children.
